Meet the evil mad scientists!
Lenore M. EdmanE-mail: mrswho (_at_) evilmadscientist.com) or use this form Lenore M. Edman, a veteran bike commuter, used to live in Portland, Oregon, where her son Christian got to ride in her bike's sidecar. Abandoning wet for warm, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she designed and sewed her own wedding dress. Later, as a regular of the Boulder, Colorado weekly cruiser bike ride, she overhauled a mid-century Hawthorne ladies bicycle (named Stella) which she has only crashed once-- and it wasn't her fault. Since moving to Sunnyvale, California, she has helped to popularize edible origami and has learned to make some wicked curries. Her college studies in classical Greek prepared her well for her career working with professors, librarians, engineers and scientists.
Christian W. BrookfieldChristian W. Brookfield enjoys going to the Exploratorium in San Francisco. He is learning to play both the trombone and the guitar, but not simultaneously. A contributing writer at evilmadscientist.com, he also likes marine biology and electronics. He rides his bike to school and, like many of his classmates, complains about his homework. His favorite color is yellow; not yellow like a lemon, but yellow like a school bus.

We also maintain a list of Honorary Mad Scientists, a short, specific, non-exhaustive list of creative people, sites, and/or blogs that we admire. Go take a look. |
