I made some edits to the wiki in the first section to point out what will work in the most basic format.
I HAD to put a .1uf cap in RST and GND to get this to work automatically. Even then, what worked (for me) was as follows:
Load Arduino as ISP, disconnect Arduino
Connect ISP Shield to Arduino, connect Arduino back to PC
Run through the install as normal.
Charge $5 for anyone that wants their 328 programmed.
