peggy 2 streaming live video problem

hi,

i built the peggy 2 kit and i’m trying to make streaming live video connection to it.

i connected the SER option and i have FTDIfriend usb connection to the computer (which has green light while running my code)

BUT the board doesnt respond to the input (all the lights on as default and arent changing)

i’m not sure whats wrong, what should i do? 

(p.s i’m using red light leds, i dont know if it matters)
