Pen up and down motor not functioning

Hello,
The function of “up and down” on my Axi draw V2 is not working, although the y and x axis seem to be fine.
I have checked the connections of the wires, as well as my power source.
I’m wondering is there any other troubleshooting that would be useful before I look into getting into replacing parts?

If XY movement is working well but Z is not, and the cabling is good, then it is most likely the case that the servo motor itself has failed. Please contact our store directly ( http://shop.evilmadscientist.com/contact ) about a replacement and we’ll have some follow-up questions.

Hello, i´m having the same problem with my Axi draw v2. Somethimes only the xy movement works and the y movements stops.
